Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for senior clients to accurately identify their psychological and emotional needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions through our telehealth system, addressing a wide range of emotional challenges associated with aging, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and adjustments to life changes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans that adequately meet the unique needs of geriatric clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
