Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy—in individual sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy, ensuring evidence-based practices are consistently employed.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups via telecommunication platforms, offering a community for individuals dealing with similar mental health challenges.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive, multidisciplinary patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, equipping patients with immediate resources and support.

• Educate patients on mental health awareness, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental wellness journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a thorough knowledge of evidence-based interventions.

• Demonstrable experience in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Proficiency in providing individual and group therapy to a varied client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
