Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored specifically to each client's unique circumstances and requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout treatment.

• Provide teletherapy sessions as preferred by clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience for those facing transportation challenges or geographical barriers.

• Maintain timely and precise documentation in alignment with ethical practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. As a mental health counselor, you will be pivotal in creating individual care plans that address each client’s specific experiences and cultural backgrounds, contributing to their overall emotional well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• Proven experience in a mental health setting with the ability to practice independently and effectively without supervision.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine, compassionate approach towards clients.

• Proficient computer literacy and comfort with telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual sessions seamlessly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services, especially familiarity with secure teletherapy platforms.

• Background in crisis intervention and suicide prevention techniques will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
