VP of Finance
Our client, an innovative healthcare technology company, is seeking a VP of Finance to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive financial strategy, planning, and operational excellence during a time of strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen and proven leadership to help guide long-term business decisions. This position is hybrid, with expectations to be onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business goals and sustainable growth
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Manage capital and cash flow planning to optimize financial health
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team; collaborate closely with executive leadership
- 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance role
- CPA strongly preferred; public accounting background a plus
- Proven success in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Strong command of GAAP and financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle)
