This full-time position allows you to work remotely while providing essential mental health care to clients throughout Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and beyond. Work Environment\n

Our telehealth facility is designed to provide a flexible working environment that empowers therapists to deliver care from the convenience and comfort of their own homes. You will be utilizing secure video conferencing platforms to meet with clients, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations and offering them a safe space to engage in therapy. The core work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, integrating a variety of assessment tools to inform personalized treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Create and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at empowering patients to understand and manage their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care coordination and holistic support for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating skillful de-escalation strategies.

• Educate patients on mental health disorders, their treatment options, and resources available in the community to enhance their recovery process.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation to comply with legal requirements and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, from adolescents dealing with anxiety disorders to adults experiencing severe depression and substance use issues. This diversity emphasizes the importance of understanding individual backgrounds and cultural contexts, allowing you to customize therapeutic approaches to meet each client's specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
