Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy to clients, customized to their unique psychological needs and challenges.

• Conducting family and child counseling sessions aimed at those who meet the medical necessity as defined by DSM–5 criteria.

• Developing and leading psychoeducational groups, as well as parenting classes and workshops, to better equip families with the tools for emotional and psychological resilience.

• Completing all required documentation promptly, including client case materials, program forms, and statistical data, ensuring compliance with our internal tracking systems.

• Meeting established contractual obligations by managing and billing a determined number of reimbursable hours effectively.
\n
• Active participation in clinical supervision meetings and team collaborations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and support among peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily target children and families within the community struggling with various mental health conditions. You will be tasked with understanding the their conditions and working collaboratively with them to create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving positive outcomes and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
\n
• Self-motivated and driven, with a commitment to ensuring timely billing and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

We require a minimum of two years of practical experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a strong capability to work with diverse populations and effectively manage therapeutic relationships.
