Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, implementing evidence-based modalities.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams to assess clients’ progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems that support effective communication and reporting.

• Provide clients with coping strategies and life skills designed to empower them toward sustained improvement and greater autonomy.

• Participate in outreach initiatives, community events, and workshops aimed at raising mental health awareness and promoting services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Many clients may come through referrals from local healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community organizations, seeking therapeutic support to navigate life's challenges. Your work will directly contribute to their overall emotional well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work (MSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical mental health services in a therapeutic environment.
