Job Summary The Diabetes Educator RN possesses comprehensive knowledge of prediabetes, diabetes prevention, and management. The educator educates and supports people affected by diabetes, promoting self‑management to achieve individualized goals that optimize health outcomes. The role utilizes DSME strategies to develop a tailored assessment and education plan, supports periodic evaluations, and documents all interventions and outcomes.
