Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive counseling services to clients via telehealth, including assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-up consultations tailored to individual needs.

• Complete billing and documentation consistent with agency requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours requests when required, which may also involve obtaining LPS designation.

• Engage actively in team meetings to contribute to program enhancements, share clinical insights, and improve service delivery methodologies.
\n
• Communicate effectively with internal programs, clinical staff, and external partners—including schools and community organizations—to facilitate cross-collaboration for client benefits.

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to uphold the agency’s commitment to timely patient care.
\n
• Model the organization’s mission and values, promoting a positive, respectful work environment and meaningful interactions.

• Identify clients' needs through comprehensive case management, linking them and their families to necessary resources.

• Deliver services in alignment with both program needs and funding source contractual obligations.

• Continuously assess and adapt to the clients' cultural and linguistic needs to foster effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral health field (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
