Outside Sales Representative – Estate Planning (Warm Leads, High Earning Potential)

Are you an experienced outside sales professional who wants more control over your schedule and income—without the insurance grind?

We’re a 40+ year estate planning company serving the senior market, and we handle the marketing, lead generation, and back-office work so you can focus on what you do best: meeting with clients, having real conversations, and closing business.

What you’ll do
  • Meet with pre-set, qualified seniors and families in a consultative, face-to-face setting
  • Educate clients on estate planning options and guide them to the right solution
  • Run a steady flow of company-generated appointments in your territory
  • Represent our company with professionalism, empathy, and a client-first mindset
What you bring
  • Proven success in outside or in-home consumer sales (insurance, home improvement, final expense, etc.)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a commission-only environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your territory
