Abate Right is seeking a motivated, energetic, and positive individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator . This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career. What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks

  • Maintains a positive, professional attitude
  • Enjoys helping customers and supporting team members
Daily Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain job information within company software
  • Organize and manage job files and documentation
  • Assist with customer intake and scheduling with Estimator
  • Coordinate scheduling of jobs
  • Prepare and file DEQ paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Assist with employee recognition and celebration programs
  • Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and documentation
  • Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
