Wearelookingforsomeoneinitforthelonghaul.Dads.Lawisexpandingnationwide,andtheattorneywhobuildsourOKCofficewillgrowwiththefirm,withaprofit-sharingplanintheOklahomaCityoffice.Thisisacareermove,notalandingspot. Compensation: $144,000to$160,000expectedtotalannualcompensation.Basesalarystartingat$125,000plusproductionbonus. Compensation: $144,000-$160,000 base plus bonus DOE Responsibilities: Carryafullcaseloadofcontestedcustody,divorce,paternity,childsupport,andCPSdefensemattersinOklahomaCountyandsurroundingcourts. Serveasfirstchairinhearingsandtrials,deliveringthecourtroomresultsourreputationisbuilton. Buildthefirm'sstandingintheOKClegalcommunitywithjudges,guardiansadlitem,andopposingcounsel. Workwithfirmintakeandmarketingtoconvertconsultationsintosignedclients. Hire,supervise,andmentorassociatesandparalegalsastheofficegrows. WorkdirectlywithfirmleadershipinTulsatoshapestrategyfortheOKCmarket. Qualifications: Oklahomabarlicenseingoodstandingrequired. Sevenormoreyearsoffamilylawpracticewithsubstantialcontestedcustodylitigation. FirstchairtrialexperienceinOklahomadistrictcourts.OklahomaCountyorClevelandCountyexperiencestronglypreferred. Experiencesupervisingattorneysorlegalstaff. Genuineconvictionaboutrepresentingfathers.Wewillaskyouaboutitdirectly. Preferred:DHSandCPSdefenseexperience,establishedrelationshipswithOKCmetroguardiansadlitemandfamilycourtstaff.
