Pay & Earnings Potential Earn approximately $22–$26 per hour depending on welding level and attendance incentive eligibility. This effective hourly range includes our attendance incentive program that rewards employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period. Effective earnings include attendance incentive eligibility. Attendance Incentive Program Employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period are eligible to earn a $240 attendance incentive every two weeks. When earned consistently, this program adds approximately $3.00 per hour in additional earnings. Maximum annual opportunity: $6,240 Additional Incentive Programs Retention Bonus Program Welder I – Up to $1,000 Welder II – Up to $1,500 Welder III – Up to $2,000 Employee Referral Bonus Earn up to $1,000 for referring qualified candidates who join our team. Must be able to take and follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to communicate both with supervision and other team members as it relates to job function and current task. Must be able to make repair welds using fabrication equipment including but not limited to cutting torches, hand grinders, surface grinders, and wheel grinders. Must have basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing for calculating material fabrication.
