Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations, identifying clients’ emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with therapeutic goals.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, attending to individual, couple, and family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation in line with California law and organizational standards, including timely updates to client records.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and develop safety plans for clients facing acute challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and complex family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license issued in California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
