Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with pre-screened clients who exhibit low acuity mental health issues. This allows you to focus on delivering targeted support and care to individuals who are already stable, providing them with the guidance they need without the pressure of high-risk cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that candidates requiring supervision or in internships will not be considered for this role.

• Demonstrated independence in managing client schedules and case responsibilities, with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional licensure record.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all candidates with the required qualifications, preference will be given to those who have prior experience in telehealth settings or have utilized digital platforms for client engagement. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually . Counselors working full-time are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support your personal and family health needs. Additionally, you will have the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your personal circumstances.
