Role Overview As a Chick-fil-A Kitchen Manager, you will lead daily restaurant operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure a consistently high level of service and execution. You will work alongside other leaders to drive sales, coach team performance, manage inventory and costs, and uphold operational excellence. This role is ideal for experienced managers with a background in fast-paced hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations. What You’ll Do Oversee restaurant operations, including kitchen execution, guest service, and shift leadership Manage and coach teams of 10 or more to achieve excellence in food quality, speed, hospitality, and cleanliness Lead and support opening or closing shifts while ensuring smooth handoffs and team alignment Train and develop team leaders and team members through consistent feedback and coaching Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory to support sustainable growth Enforce high standards of appearance, timeliness, and professionalism Collaborate with directors to set goals, analyze performance, and celebrate winsRepresent Chick-fil-A’s values in the restaurant and in the community What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments Strong track record of results in operations, team leadership, and customer service Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced work with a calm and solution-focused mindset Natural leader who coaches, holds high standards, and leads by example Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Commitment to developing others and delivering excellent hospitality Who Thrives in This Role You will excel in this role if you are a confident leader who takes initiative, thinks critically under pressure, and genuinely enjoys leading people. You have likely managed restaurant shifts, directed catering teams, or overseen hospitality staff and are ready to bring that expertise into a values-driven, people-focused brand.
