Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address clients’ mental health needs, integrating strategies for crisis intervention as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, complying with all health regulations and standards, while employing effective electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools as part of treatment protocols, collaborating closely with clinical teams to monitor client progress and adapt plans as necessary.

• Carry out consultations and actively contribute to the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and engage in stakeholder discussions to enhance the client experience.

• Serve as a key liaison between clients and community resources, ensuring connectivity with state agencies, support services, and other relevant networks.

• Promote the organization’s mission in all interactions and seek out opportunities for strengthened community ties and partnerships that could benefit program accessibility.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending training sessions, conferences, and meetings relevant to the field of mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n
