Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adolescents and their families, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing support to those who may have limited access to mental healthcare, equipping them with the coping skills and resources needed to thrive.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in professional counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
