Maintain office supplies, assist with ordering materials, interact with the public in the office and on the phone Specific Position Duties: 60% Practice outstanding customer service for students, parents, faculty/ staff, and any other campus constituents. Be familiar with policies, procedures, and campus resources in order to answer questions and/ or refer inquiries to appropriate departments on campus. Schedule/ manage meetings, manage calendars, process paperwork, maintain files, maintain data, and act as a direct point of contact for the division. 20% Assist all units of the division with special event planning, selections file preparations, and meeting scheduling. 10% Oversee student workers in the divisional office 10% Other duties as assigned Unit: Health Sciences Department: Health Sciences & Business Technology Salary Range: $30,000 - $32,000 Minimum Education/Experience: Associates Degree . At least three years office management.
