Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a deep understanding of each individual's unique needs.

• Deliver individualized and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches based on identified needs and therapeutic goals.

• Complete administrative responsibilities, including billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within established timelines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis management plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that foster stability for clients.

• Create and implement effective discharge plans to ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and the policies and procedures set forth by the Northeast Health Services (NEHS).

• Participate in ongoing professional development; this includes attending training and continuing education programs to maintain up-to-date licensure and skills.

• Engage actively in case consultation meetings and agency discussions to foster a collaborative approach to patient care.

• Fulfill all licensure and mandatory training requirements to remain compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications\n
