Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual client goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to enhance understanding and promote recovery.

• Monitor client progress towards treatment goals, adapting treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for holistic care delivery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You may also serve specific groups, including homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse, guiding them towards recovery and stability. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
