The client seeks a dynamic, visionary, and collaborative leader to serve as its next President. The role will guide a thriving institution with a clear strategic direction, strong community partnerships, and a deep commitment to public service, building on existing momentum and accelerating impact across academics, research, healthcare, economic development, and student success. The President will advance the client’s strategic framework by aligning academic, research, healthcare, and economic priorities while guiding transformative change. Key priorities include strengthening financial resilience through strategic resource management and expanded philanthropic and public-private partnerships; supporting enrollment growth and student success with an emphasis on inclusive excellence; and accelerating the research and innovation enterprise through deeper partnerships, commercialization of discoveries, and leadership in emerging fields. The President will also enhance the client’s role as a healthcare leader by extending the reach and impact of its health-science enterprise, elevate the institution’s visibility and reputation through athletics, academic and research excellence, and strategic communications, and lead the organization through strong relationships, streamlined operations, transparency, and inclusive decision-making to achieve operational excellence.
