Hedge Fund Compliance Officer

A New York-based investment management firm, ~7B Aum, is looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer/DCCO to their growing team. Strong preference for candidates coming out of a hedge fund environment. Will be the #2 in compliance, working directly with the GC/CCO. Needs to be comfortable in a lean environment. 6-12yrs. E-comms surveillance & monitoring, Code of ethics & personal trading oversight, Annual review participation, Core compliance monitoring activities, DDQs, LP one-off questions, quarterly letter review, Pitch deck & marketing material compliance review, Ensuring materials are balanced and well-presented, Close collaboration with data science team on diligence, etc. Law degree is a plus Will sit in the NYC office 4-5x per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr JW Michaels & Co.
