Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms, establishing a clear understanding of their unique needs.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions by utilizing clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in physical therapy.
• Instruct patients on the correct execution of therapeutic exercise techniques, demonstrating a hands-on approach to ensure comprehension and safety.
• Utilize various treatment modalities, such as manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, to facilitate patient healing and recovery.
• Assist patients in using rehabilitation equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and other adaptive devices, to enhance their functional mobility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records that track progress towards rehabilitation goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer guidance and education to patients and their families on in-home treatment strategies and exercises that support ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse demographic, including children and adults with varying conditions, from sports injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid state license in Physical Therapy.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health records (EHR) and basic word processing.
• A high degree of flexibility and adaptability in managing patient care and schedules.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from both experienced professionals and recent graduates, we prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in a rehabilitation facility setting. Demonstrated experience with a broad range of therapy techniques and patient populations will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits
