Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients that address their unique emotional and behavioral needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, while facilitating behavioral guidelines and risk assessments to ensure patient safety.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to support diagnosis and treatment, working collaboratively with clinical teams to establish effective positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, completing required reporting in a timely manner.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of care provided by the organization.

• Serve as a liaison to other service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering impactful collaborations and community outreach.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending conferences and participating in statewide meetings, enhancing both personal and organizational growth.

• Uphold and promote the mission, values, and philosophies of Auburn Mental and Behavioral Healthcare in all interactions.

• Complete administrative duties and additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
