About the job: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a valid California Insurance Broker License to drive B2B sales across commercial and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage consultative selling skills, industry knowledge, and strong relationship-building capabilities to grow revenue and enhance client retention. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with business clients, healthcare organizations, and broker partners across California. Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including property, casualty, professional liability, and employee benefits. Collaborate with internal underwriting, risk management, and account management teams to structure tailored policies. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal creation to closing and onboarding. Maintain compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company policies. Represent Locus Insurance Services at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications : Valid California Insurance Broker License (required) Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or risk management Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including healthcare, professional liability, and employee benefits Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Dental Vision Medical 401k Paid Leave Nexus HR Services
