Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' medical history, performing specific assessments, and developing tailored treatment protocols based on individual findings.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process to enhance engagement and outcomes.
• Apply proficiency in executing treatment protocols, adjusting them as needed based on patient response and current healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care, documenting any changes in patient condition that may necessitate modifications in their plan of care.
• Manage discharge planning effectively and ensure appropriate follow-up care, maintaining meticulous documentation regarding patient evaluations, treatment outcomes, and progression throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills while meeting departmental productivity expectations and participating actively in both hospital and community marketing initiatives.
• Engage in the continuous development of departmental goals and objectives, adhering to all governmental and accreditation standards.
• Actively pursue continuing education and training opportunities to enhance professional development and competency, serving as a mentor and clinical instructor to prospective students.
• Foster a patient-centered approach that prioritizes exceptional customer experiences and effective access to care, actively identifying and removing barriers to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Bridgeway, you will work with a varied patient population ranging from young adults to seniors, focusing on rehabilitation for post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license for the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

Preferred Experience
