Company Cox Communications, Inc. Position Solutions Specialist Mobile - CCI Management Level Compensation Hourly pay $15.29 - $22.88. Annual incentive/commission target $15,348.00. Variable targeted total compensation $51,726 ($24.87/hr), high-earning top 10% earn an average annual compensation of just over $66,753 ($32.09/hr). Targeted total compensation may vary based on location, candidate experience, and successful completion of minimum sales targets. Base hourly rate $17.49 plus monthly targeted commissions of $1,279. Ramp period of up to 2 months to adjust to commission earnings. What You’ll Do This job requires you to follow the retail routine of working some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Explain and demonstrate product capabilities as well as offer suggestions based on customer's wants and needs. Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention. Assist with the opening/closing of the store retail environment. Properly handle cash. Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos. Support fellow sales agents when needed. Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor product offerings through regular training classes. May be required to work in other locations in the same geographical area. Who You Are Minimum qualifications: HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience. Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consultative, solutions-based selling. Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization in fast‑paced team environment. Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods to greet customers and demonstrate products. Computer literacy with aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories. Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds for stock room inventory. Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken. Preferred qualifications: Some college experience focused in sales, business and/or management. One year of experience in related field (Sales, Retail Sales, Service Industry). Experience selling Wireless/Mobile products.
