Elementary Dean of Students Qualifications and Expectations Illinois Administrative Licensure Completion of State-approved prequalification modules to serve as a Teacher Evaluator prior to start date Prior teaching and/or administrative experience at the level to be assigned Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable Highly ethical and able to maintain confidentiality Demonstrates professional conduct at all times Provide leadership to all staff regarding student discipline and behavioral interventions Displays quality work through accuracy and attention to detail Effective written, verbal, and technology based communication skills Works effectively and productively as a member of a team Demonstrates technology skills as required by job responsibilities Commits the necessary time and effort to meet professional responsibilities Salary and Benefits This position has a salary range of $70,000-$90,000 to commensurate with experience. Highly competitive benefits, including 100% Board-paid TRS contributions and 100% Board-paid employee health, dental, vision, and term life insurance. This a 10-month assignment, compensated for 190 days.
