Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for billing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections activities. This role ensures timely and accurate receipt of customer payments and maintains positive customer relationships. Experience working with Concur or Concur-integrated systems is required. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely Apply customer payments including ACH, wire, check, and credit card transactions Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions and payment status Concur & Systems Coordination Work with Concur data related to billing, reimbursements, or system integrations Reconcile Concur-related transactions with AR and general ledger entries Support internal users with Concur-related billing or reporting questions Coordinate with AP and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting General Accounting & Compliance Assist with month-end close activities related to AR Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation Support internal and external audits Follow company accounting policies and internal controls Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Experience with Concur or Concur-integrated systems required Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Vision insurance Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidental
