Business Development Manager – Staffing & Workforce Solutions Location: Miami-Dade County / Broward County / Fort Lauderdale (Hybrid) Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + $20,000 Guaranteed Commission (First 6 Months) + Uncapped Commission About L2R Consulting L2R Consulting is a boutique staffing and workforce solutions firm helping companies solve hiring, recruiting, and operational challenges through Direct Hire, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire, Project Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Nearshore Teams, and AI & Business Process Solutions. Backed by a recruiting team with over 100 years of combined staffing experience. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to build relationships, generate meetings, canvass, and create new business opportunities. This is a true hunter role with account management responsibilities after the sale. Responsibilities Prospect new clients throughout South Florida; conduct cold calls and email outreach; canvass businesses; schedule meetings; build executive relationships; identify staffing opportunities; grow accounts; attend networking events; partner with recruiters; maintain CRM pipeline. Services You'll Sell Direct Hire, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire, Staff Augmentation, Nearshore Staffing, Executive Search, Project Staffing, AI Business Solutions, Customer Support Teams, Administrative Support, IT & Technology Resources. Qualifications Required: 3+ years Business Development, 3+ years B2B sales, experience selling staffing, recruiting, professional services or similar business services.
