Remote Care Coordinator

Serving as the first point of contact for patients navigating their digestive health journey, the full-time Remote Care Coordinator will manage high-volume inbound communications across phone, email, chat, and SMS, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience while coordinating appointments and addressing patient inquiries. Key Responsibilities Own high-volume inbound patient and provider communication queues, responding quickly and professionally Resolve patient inquiries in real time and coordinate appointments with various healthcare providers Respond to billing and insurance questions, clearly explaining benefits and managing pharmacy inquiries Required Qualifications 3+ years of remote customer service experience, preferably in telehealth or digital health Fluency in healthcare terminology and experience with health insurance navigation Proficiency in EMR/EHR and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Athena Health Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with minimal supervision required
