Managed Care Coordinator

Supporting Clinical Operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Managed Care Coordinator will manage service requests, coordinate communication between members and providers, and assist with case management tasks to ensure efficient healthcare delivery. Key responsibilities: Perform reviews of service requests and manage documentation for clinical review Act as a liaison between members, providers, and Care Managers, addressing inquiries and coordinating care Assist members with finding providers, resolving issues, and completing health assessments Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a medical support-related position preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care principles preferred Ability to make sound decisions under supervision Proficiency in using personal computers and applicable software
