Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients, including couples and individuals, to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in therapeutic interventions with clients to address a range of issues such as family conflicts, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that promote healthy communication and relationships among family members, addressing topics including blended families and alcohol or substance abuse challenges.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards and state regulations.
\n
• Provide educational resources and referrals to clients on mental health topics as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on both adult and adolescent populations, providing services that encompass a wide range of mental health needs. You will specialize in treating individuals within family dynamics, offering support for issues such as trauma, abuse, stress, and relational conflicts. By employing a client-centered approach, you’ll foster stronger families and healthier individuals within the Chino community and beyond.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
