Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a full caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring consistent support and treatment for each client.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions including assessments, treatment updates, and case notes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Contribute creatively to therapy sessions, employing innovative interventions that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions, contributing to the team dynamic and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Provide in-person therapy options as needed, while also utilizing Telehealth platforms for remote sessions, ensuring flexibility for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current LMFT PA clinical license.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical documentation processes including assessments and treatment plans.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic approaches and comfort in working with varied populations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).

• Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Experience\n

• Background in behavioral therapy or family systems therapy, with hands-on experience in clinical settings.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic environment or similar, providing services to underserved populations.
\n
• Experience delivering Telehealth services to enhance accessibility for clients.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year . In addition, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
