Executive Assistant - Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP - Remote

Executive Assistant Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a Senior Partner. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflows, financial accuracy, and seamless client service in a fast-paced legal environment. This position may be performed either in-person or remotely. To support efficient collaboration and scheduling, we are currently giving priority to candidates located within the Pacific Time Zone or nearby states. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain partner calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, deadlines, and travel. Prepare, review, and submit billing time entries with accuracy and timeliness. Follow up on outstanding billing and coordinate with billing and accounting teams. Assist with client invoicing, billing corrections, and fee adjustments as needed. Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence, reports, and internal documents. Monitor and track deadlines, filings, and deliverables. Serve as a liaison between partners, attorneys, staff, and external contacts. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Support administrative projects and ad-hoc partner requests as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a law firm or professional services environment, a plus. Knowledge of iTimekeep and time entry procedures. Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
