Job Description Job Description Administrative Assistant/ Office Desk Clerk Utilize Microsoft Word & Excel. Word use is essentially updating letters . Excel use is mostly data entry in spreadsheets. Entering deposits. Billing/Invoicing (Currently using QuickBooks desktop) Processing Accounts Payable Copy, Scan, and Process Tax Returns. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. Operate multi-line phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office and with clients. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support various departmental functions. Assist in calendar management scheduling appointments.
