What You'll Do as a Production Worker:

• Assist with production line operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stack finished products safely and according to company standards.
• Pack products into boxes, pallets, or containers for shipping or storage.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Label, wrap, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with loading materials and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
