Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role offers exceptional flexibility and convenience for both you and the clients you serve. Our telehealth facility leverages the latest technology in secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms, ensuring confidential and effective communication between clients and counselors. Working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will engage with clients and collaborate with fellow professionals from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and best practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, adapting your approach to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of client interactions, tracking progress and adapting therapeutic interventions as needed.

• Engage regularly in professional development, enhancing both your skills and therapy practices within the organization.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, enriching the collaborative approach to client care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as an LPC in Tennessee; additional credentials such as LCSW or LMFT are preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms, with strong familiarity with Google Suite applications.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on delivering empathetic and clear interactions with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
