Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, which include comprehensive interviews and evaluations that guide the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement and monitor a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring effective strategies are applied to facilitate clients' mental health improvement.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect client privacy and ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to create an integrated approach to patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, utilizing shared experiences and insights to continually enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications\n
