Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your time effectively while supporting students within educational settings. You will work from the comfort of your own home, conducting assessments and offering therapy through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the biopsychosocial needs of students, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that facilitate improved functioning and resolution of symptoms in collaboration with educational staff and families.

• Provide various therapy formats including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy based on clinical appropriateness and student needs.

• Engage proactively in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to program planning and ensure comprehensive care for all students.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all therapy sessions and treatment plans within our EHR system; training is provided to ensure your comfort with the software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting school-aged students, their families, and school staff to promote mental health and emotional well-being. This role requires a compassionate understanding of the challenges faced by students, especially in a learning environment, and the ability to engage effectively with both minors and their guardians.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work (MSW) and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Proven experience in providing mental health services, ideally within educational or community settings.

• Professional liability insurance is a must, and a Medicare provider number is preferred.

• A strong commitment to working with diverse populations, particularly senior citizens, and familiarity with their unique challenges.

• Exceptional organizational skills along with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a school or educational environment is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with the unique dynamics present in these settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Jackson Therapy Partners offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year for this role. Benefits include full health, dental, and vision coverage starting from day one.
