Receptionist PositionValeo Resources has partnered with a local dermatology center that is constantly evolving! We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time receptionist to join the team in Stuart, FL! In this role, you will be working with patients and families of all ages, checking in and checking out patients, verifying insurances and walking patients through their insurance prior to their visit.Position: ReceptionistLocation: Stuart, FLSchedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2) 8:30am-5pmResponsibilities:Checking in/out patientsScheduling and rescheduling appointmentsWalking patients through their insurance information if they need assistanceAnswering phones, assisting with office organization, keeping schedules organizedFollowing up with patients post-visit and to confirm upcoming appointmentsBeing the friendly face who helps the patient and smiles to make their day as some of them have incurable ailments.Requirements:Must have medical receptionist experienceMust have customer service and a calm and kind demeanorPatience to help those who might need extra helpGood work history (no job hopping)Ability to manage a calendar, answer phones and also check in/out patientsCollect payments per the insurance co-pay or in addition to deductiblesBenefits offered:Healthcare stipend ($200 monthly, tax free)We have a broker we can put you in touch withTime offPlease send your resume to Emma at View email address on click.appcast.io to learn more about the position and interview process!
