Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for clients across various demographics, addressing unique needs during individual, family, or group sessions.

• Effectively manage crisis situations by assessing the urgency of patient needs, providing immediate care, and coordinating with relevant services.
\n
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on initial assessments, ensuring the incorporation of appropriate diagnostic criteria as per DSM V standards.
\n
• Perform detailed intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans for clients with complex needs.
\n
• Apply various therapeutic modalities, including behavior modification and brief therapy techniques, tailored to individual client requirements.
\n
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring for Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of quality care.

• Collaborate with community resources and professionals to develop integrated treatment plans that address the multi-faceted aspects of clients’ mental health needs.

• Offer training and educational workshops for team members and the community on relevant clinical topics to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, with a particular emphasis on maternal health and the unique challenges faced by medically-underserved populations. Your efforts will be pivotal in improving mental health access and outcomes for individuals who may experience barriers to traditional care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and independent licensure in the state of Oregon, including LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Proficiency in managing electronic medical records and telehealth communication platforms to enhance patient documentation and care delivery.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on electronic correspondence for efficient collaboration with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently, maintaining high standards of client care.
