Manager, Growth Marketing

Role Description

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own the growth strategy for each of our practices in partnership with the Head of Marketing. You'll co-develop the plan for new practice onboarding and the ongoing roadmap for existing accounts, which includes:

• Channel mix
• Budget allocation
• Growth targets
• Sequencing of what gets built first

Across PPC, SEO, and email, you'll:

• Build playbooks
• Set the KPIs
• Hold the team accountable

You'll manage client relationships at the senior level, leading:

• Strategic reviews
• Presenting results
• Handling escalations

You'll lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across the three channels, coaching them and:

• Raising the bar on craft
• Running reviews
• Making the case for hiring as our business grows

You'll define what good looks like at the account level and the agency level, focusing on:

• CAC
• Lead quality
• Organic traffic
• Email revenue
• Retention

Nothing will ship under your name that you wouldn't be comfortable defending in a practice meeting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally a mix of agency and in-house experience
• Healthcare wellness, beauty, or aesthetic adjacent industry experience
• Direct, hands-on expertise across all three channels
• Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent advertising constraints
• Experience working with global teams and clients
• Experience supporting automation builds to create products for teams
