Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Role Description

This position is responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, retention and re-engagement for TDSC.com across paid and organic channels. This leader will develop growth strategy and oversee paid and organic media channels, such as SEM, CRM, social and affiliate partnerships (State Dental Associations), working cross-functionally with ecommerce merchandising, product marketing, and technology peers to optimize the funnel and deliver measurable growth. This role requires a results-oriented, data-driven marketer who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling performance marketing programs that efficiently increase demand (traffic), revenue and re-engagement through innovative, insight-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in digital channels: SEO, PPC, social, display, and email marketing.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Proven success leading omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance across the funnel.
• HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform experience preferred.

Requirements

• Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
