Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thoughtful and empathetic individual counseling sessions—both via video conferencing and face-to-face—to facilitate clients’ mental health journeys.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of clients' mental well-being, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly consist of stable adults who have undergone pre-screening and present with low acuity mental health concerns. In your practice, you will not be tasked with handling severe mental health cases, allowing you to work closely with individuals whose needs align with your specialties. Our patient-centered approach ensures that you are matched with clients based on your preferences, demographics, and therapeutic strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid license to practice without supervision, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
