Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while providing essential mental health services via telehealth. The therapist will engage with clients using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring that they receive the support they need in a comfortable environment. The standard work schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses. We also provide a sign-on bonus for new hires to support your transition into our team.
