Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guided Growth Therapies, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples, families, and individuals to address issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment difficulties related to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with both couples and individual family members, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to explore and resolve personal and relational challenges.

• Providing support to families dealing with specific issues, such as addiction, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Documenting clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes, while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and facilitate a streamlined approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families grappling with various challenges—including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief, communication issues, and the dynamics associated with blended families. Qualifications\n

To qualify for the LMFT position with Guided Growth Therapies, candidates must meet the following criteria:
