Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, taking into account their history, presenting issues, and individual goals.

• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to address specific concerns and promote personal growth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress through systematic evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with varying levels of comfort and availability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
