Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through individualized interviews and standardized tools to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health concerns.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and measurable outcomes, which are routinely reviewed in collaboration with clients to adapt interventions as needed.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, addressing both psychological and medical needs.

• Advocate for clients within the community, assisting with access to necessary resources such as financial assistance, housing, and support groups.
